Is This Not The Time?

No one can say where a couple is in their evolution…sometimes the two partners don’t really know. But there might come a time when two people want to progress from simple sex dating to something of a more steady monogamous nature, from fuck buddies to romantic partners, from lovers with a little l to lovers with the potential of falling in love.

When is it time?

1.) It seems once we stop traipsing across sites like xxxmatch-even though we might have met our new boyfriend/girlfriend on xxxmatch-maybe it’s time we stop sex dating and consider monogamy dating. Though a site like xxxmatch is as good a place for community as anything else, it does have a decidedly sex dating facility to it we might not want to avail ourselves of if we are trying to make a go of this ole monogamy thing.

2.) If we really are thinking about the guy or girl in our life somewhere placed in our future, it might be a good time to get off the sex dating treadmill. Sometimes one partner wants to get off this treadmill decidedly before or after their partner and then there can be problems.

3.) Once we can’t even admit to our sex dating past or even think of ourselves they way we used to be, then we are probably so deeply in love with the person we are dating presently. Love does tend to sneak up on a person.

4.) Once we realize that if we ever even think about our partner sneaking back on to xxxmatch for sex dating we have to fight the urge to puke, then we are probably in something steadier then we considered.

There’s a time and place for sex dating as there is for a site like xxxmatch and in fact we can keep xxxmatch in our lives when we are monogamous, but the way we think about single’s sites and the way we approach or even consider sex dating changes when we really have a desire to build a life with someone.
